DAHLIA TUBER ORDERS
- All sales are final.
- All dahlia tubers are sold as individual tubers, or in the case of a collection they are sold as a package of individual tubers.
- We cannot add or remove items from an order after payment has been processed successfully. We can combine orders for you if you’d like to make additional purchases (see below*).
- If we are unable to fulfill any part of your order, we will contact you via email to offer a refund or substitute.
- We guarantee each tuber to have at least 1 viable eye or sprout from which a new plant will grow and to be free from any visible disease. Eyes may be difficult to see on some varieties, while others may be obvious.
- Order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
*COMBINING ORDERS
- We can combine orders for you until March 31, if you’d like to add to an existing order that requires shipping please make another order. At checkout you must:
- Use the same name and shipping address as your first order
- Include your first order # in the “notes” section of all subsequent orders
- Select the “Combine Shipping” option when you check out
SHIPPING & HANDLING
- Shipping is available to Canadian addresses only! We only ship within Canada at this time.

- Shipping charges are nonrefundable after orders have been shipped.
- Shipping will begin when weather permits (approximately mid-April when risk of freezing has passed)
- Please be sure to enter your email and shipping address correctly! We are not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses. If you made a mistake on your order, let us know asap via email and be sure to include your order number for reference.
- If you are a customer shopping from the USA and shipping to a Canadian address, please note we DO NOT provide phytosanitary certificates. You must arrange that yourself and assume all associated risks.
LOCAL PICKUP
- Select “Local pickup” option at checkout to pick up your order from the farm in Terrace, BC, Canada in the spring beginning in early May. We’ll contact you via the email provided with your order to let you know when it is ready to pickup.
PAYMENT METHODS
- We accept Interac e-Transfer payments are preferred. E-Transfer payments must be received within 12 hours of order being placed. Your order will be on hold until payment is received and documented. If payment is not received within the 12 hour timeframe it may be cancelled without notice. We recommend sending your e-Transfer payment immediately after submitting your order.
- We do accept credit card payments supported by WooCommerce. Save your card details in your Medeek Meadows account or enter your card number at checkout.
- Medeek Meadows eGift Cards saved in your Medeek Meadows account may be applied to payment at checkout or you may enter your eGift Card code directly at checkout.
RECEIVING YOUR DAHLIA TUBER ORDERS
- Open and inspect your package of tubers as soon as you receive it. Ensure the varieties you receive match what is listed on your order.
- If you have concerns or find that we made a mistake, you must let us know via email within 7 days of receiving your package.
- We do not refund tubers after they’ve been planted.
