Description
Frilly Pink Poppy Seeds!
Adored by the bees for their abundance of early summer pollen.
Grow them for the bees! Grow them for the fun of watching bees collect pollen. Grow them for early summer colour in the garden. Grow them for their funky seed heads in fresh and dried flower arrangements.
How to grow: Direct seed by scattering the tiny seeds on top of bare garden soil. Lightly press into soil. Do not cover the seeds with soil. Sow seeds every 2-3 weeks until mid-July for a continuous supply of poppies throughout the summer and early fall. Remove all seeds heads before they dry if you do not want the poppies to reseed in your garden. They readily reseed but seedlings are easily removed if they pop up where you don’t want them.
